Sponsorship Request Application

Dignity Health of the Central Coast, Arroyo Grande Community Hospital, French Hospital Medical Center and Marian Regional Medical Center, sponsor community activities that benefit the health and wellbeing of the communities we serve.

The hospitals have a sponsorship committee which review requests bi-monthly. If you are interested in requesting a sponsorship from our hospitals. Please fill out the attached form (click), attaching addition requested information listing on the form, and send back to Megan Maloney at megan.maloney@dignityhealth.org or mail to Marketing/Megan Maloney, 1400 East Church Street, Santa Maria, CA 93454.

Please note: priority is given to organizations which benefit the health and wellbeing of our communities and which provide assistance to the poor and disenfranchised.
