2nd Annual Cancer Survivorship Celebration


The Central Coast Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) and the Hearst Cancer Resource Center (HCRC) invite the public to the 2nd Annual Survivorship Celebration on Saturday, February 27, 2010 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the French Hospital Medical Center Auditorium.

This celebration will feature a panel of six survivors, their inspirational journey to wellness, and their passion for making a difference in the lives of others faced with a cancer diagnosis. Keynote speaker Sherry Lebed Davis, a therapeutic movement expert, will present “Surviving is Important, but Thriving is Elegant…for Cancer Survivors.” Local cancer organizations will also host exhibits to educate and inform the public about the latest in treatment, services and programs available to survivors.
