Diabetes Education Support Groups

Groups are free, open to the public and held at FHMC

Type 2 Diabetes Support Group

Meets every 4th Wednesday of each month from 3 pm - 5 pm in the French Auditorium

October through June (no meetings July, August and September). 

The groups are led by Roger Steele, MD and Sandra Martinez, RN.

No RSVP is necessary.
