Classes By Your Request
These classes are scheduled once there are three or more people pre-registered for any one class.
Refresher Class:
This class will emphasize different skills necessary for childbirth. Information will concentrate on comfort measures, breathing techniques and coaching refresher. Classes are offered every other month. Call for dates.
Cesarean Birth Class:
This class is an overview of what to expect if you are having a planned Cesarean Birth.
New Grandmas and Grandpas:
This class will update Grandparents-To-Be on current birthing techniques and offer support skills for parents who are going to be in the room for the awesome event. This class is not designed for primary coaches but for those parents who have been asked to be backup support.
Older Sibling Class:
This class is specifically for children who are going to be in the birthing room during their new baby brother or baby sister's birth. Class includes a tour of a labor room and a detailed description of what to expect during the labor process.
