Scott Robertson, MD
Dr. Robertson received his MD from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1997 and completed his residency in 2000. He has since practiced medicine in Arizona and has been in private practice most recently in Pismo Beach, CA. Robertson is also the current Chief of Staff for Arroyo Grande Community Hospital.
He firmly believes providing up-to-date, evidence-based medical care is the cornerstone of an excellent physician. He also values patient education as an important tool in disease prevention and treatment. Dr. Robertson realizes a patient's time is a valuable asset and strives to operate a practice he would want for himself and his family.
He enjoys college and professional football, snow skiing, the performing arts, cooking and playing guitar.
Armando Siqueiros, MD
Dr. Siqueiros received his MD from the University of California at Irvine in 1989. He completed his residency in 1992 and since then has been an internist on the Central Coast. During his tenure he has held several Hospitalist Director positions and is past president of the San Luis Obispo County Medical Society.
He has many hobbies such as fresh water fishing and jogging. In fact, he is an avid long distance runner and coaches at the Cal Poly distance club.
He has lived on the Central Coast nearly 20 years. He is married with three children.
Coleen Wolfe, FNP
Wolfe received her Family Nurse Practitioner license in 1983 from the University of California Los Angeles School of Nursing. Wolfe has been involved with family practice since then in Mississippi and Southern California and on the Central Coast beginning in 1990 when she moved to the area. Wolfe most recently provided care with San Luis Primary Care.
"The role of a Nurse Practitioner is an excellent roll for me," Wolfe states. "Living in a smaller community allows for one to know patients outside of the office, be it at church, school, community activities and of course grocery shopping!" She enjoys teaching and finding out about her patients lives as well as their health care issues. Laughter has always been an important part of her medical practice.
She lives in San Luis Obispo with her 2 teenagers and busy husband.
The development of a Primary Care Clinic model is part of the Dignity Health and French Hospital strategy to go beyond the walls of our acute care hospital to provide better continuity of care, improved resource utilization and expanded health care access to the community.
